e' un argomento che a volte viene fuori nelle discussioni schermistiche (e' valido anche in parte per il brocchiero), ma che cosa e'?  ???

In generale reputo che la scherma debba ridurre le azioni ai minimi termini per essere bella.

nella boxe per esempio le spalle possono fare la funzione della coccia coprendo il mento mentre si colpisce  :)
