Cioè nel momento della girata vera e propria aprire i pollici e finire in presa senza opposizione?

Lasci la barra scivolare sull'incastro e dall'incastro.
"In the long run, the fingertip/elbows higher grip starts to fail in the Jerk for most. The major reasons are that the hands and wrists start to feel pressure in the dip and start to "grab" the bar as it rises, which causes the bar to move forward on its flight above the head AND the higher elbow postiion means that the elbows have to go in a circular motion(down-back-then up) to accomplish the stroke of the Jerk. Both these things can cause the bar to move forward with most people. (Some are fine.)
Most lifters change to a "in the palm-elbows lower" position before Jerks. I prefer to teach this to my lifters. The bar should be in the palm somewhere, where the wrists and fingers aren't as involved (I think you should be able to open and close yourfingers while the bar is in your hands here.)AND the elbows only travel upwards during the Jerk stroke overhead. I think that's more efficient.
It is important to note that in this last position, the bar doesn't have to be at the "base of the palm" but simply in the palm somewhere."
