ha 24 anni e a 16 già aveva vinto tutto quello che poteva vincere a quell'età, quindi sono diciamo minimo dodici anni di allenamento serio in strutture serie e fatto nell'età giusta  :)

In generale reputo che la scherma debba ridurre le azioni ai minimi termini per essere bella.

se ci fosse la disciplina olimpica del "salto in alto da fermi su una gamba sola" ne sarebbe il campionissimo  :thsit:

non è squisitamente pliometrico, ma accenna un saltello preliminare proprio per sfruttare un minimo di pliometria. insomma, la pliometria c'è e fa la sua parte, non sono fatti in esplosività
