Un saluto a tutti gli utenti del forum; ho 16 anni, vivo a Roma e studio Muay Boran con il maestro Marco de Cesaris. Inizialmente avevo intenzione di non intromettermi nelle discussioni di questo forum ma navigando nei vari topic (principalmente trattanti di Muay Thai) ho notato un po di scetticismo nei confornti di questa arte marziale, ho pensato quindi di mettere a disposizione (per tutti coloro i quali volessero approfondire l'argomento) le mie conoscenze. Detto ciò aggiungo che accetto i termini e le condizioni per far parte di questa comunità.
